Training has been great the last few weeks, finally the achilles injury has dissapeared and I was able to get my longest long run of 24 miles in 2:25 on the Houston Marathon course, another 18 miler, a New Years Day10k in 32:17, and a great workout of 5k in 16:07 with a Moneghetti Fartlek afterwards (6100m in 20', 5:17/mi pace including recovery).
